1. Rental Age: Rental of cars, motorcycles, scooters and ATVs is only allowed to persons between the ages of 21 and 75.

2. Driver's License: Each customer must hold a valid driver's license corresponding to the vehicle he wishes to rent. In addition, it must be valid.

3. ID or Passport: For the rental process, a valid ID or passport is required.

4. Credit Card for Guarantee: When picking up the vehicle, the customer must present a valid credit card for the official guarantee against damage or loss of the vehicle during the rental.

5. Use Within Schinousa: Each vehicle renter is not allowed to transport the vehicle outside of Schinousa without the prior written consent of the Jason Auto Moto Rental office.

6. We ask all drivers who want to rent from Jason auto moto trucks to drive any of our vehicles with great care to avoid accidents. Driving on sea coastlines (beaches) is prohibited. We do not have transport means (wheeled vehicles) for competitions. If we find that the driver of any vehicle is driving dangerously we have the right to take the vehicle away from him and he will not be refunded any money he has paid for the remaining rental days.

7. Driver's license: The driver must have a driver's license or an international driver's license for the corresponding category of car or motorcycle. The driver's license must be valid and issued in the renter's country of residence at least one year prior to the rental date.

8. Rental duration: Minimum rental duration one day. DELAY OVER 2 HOURS AN EXTRA DAY'S RENTAL IS CHARGED.

9. Insurances: All rental prices include simple liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented ca
r or rented motorcycle up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident/theft. The renter pays the amount corresponding to the damage to the car or motorcycle to JASON AUTO MOTO, regardless of fault and the amount paid is returned to him when and as long as JASON AUTO MOTO is compensated.

10. Anti-theft: All motorcycles & bicycles are equipped with a handlebar lock.

11. Fuel: Fuel costs are borne exclusively by the lessee. The renter is obliged to return the car or motorcycle with the tank content as when he received it. Otherwise, the amount of fuel consumed is charged. The renter is obliged to follow the manufacturing specifications of the car or motorcycle he has rented and to fill the tank each time with the type of fuel required.

12. Payment method: The rental of the car or motorcycle is paid at the start of the rental in cash or by credit card Visa, Mastercard.

13. Deliveries - Collections: They are made only at our station and within its opening hours. Outside of opening hours and holidays, delivery and pick-up is only possible by appointment. Pickups outside our station are made upon agreement with our office.

14. Reservations: To reserve a car or a motorcycle, a deposit of 30% of the rental is required in cash or by credit card.

15. Cancellations: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

16. Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the lessee.

17. Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT as determined by the state.

In special cases, JASON AUTO MOTO reserves the right to replace any type of car or motorcycle with another of the same category (or higher).

Terms and prices are subject to change without notice

ATTENTION: No Higher Insurance Coverage Applies:

-For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- For damage caused to the bottom of the car or motorcycle, to the tires and rims.

-For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the rental contract.

-For accidents for which the lessee has not informed the JASON AUTO MOTO station and filed/submitted a relevant accident statement, as defined by Greek Legislation, regardless of his fault.

-The amounts related to the damage or loss of the car or motorcycle are paid directly by the lessee even if he is covered by insurance and by his debit/credit card. In this case, the renter is obliged to pay JASON AUTO MOTO the entire cost of repairing or replacing the motorcycle.

The above terms and conditions apply to all vehicle rentals from Jason Auto Moto Rental. Failure to comply with these terms may result in rejection of the rental application or even additional charges.
